Here’s now the iLinc controls the lights via the iPhone works:

Press the “iLinc Pro” button on the iPhone:

Select “My Devices" and select the device you want to control (that picture left out):

Select on or off for that device (I have to give it a more user friendly name):

This is probably the setting that most won't get;
