To remove the Nutech multiplex using SCDGFix (select "Replace right channel with left channel):

To get the above conversion to match other songs such as Sound Choice as far as volume, with Nero 10 Wave Editor:

You want the peaks to be around 75db:

To get the above to work on all five speaker instead of just the front two speakers. In Nero 10 Wave Editor:

Save that file but now you need to put the tags back in using CDGFix:

Then do the export thing again in CDGFix however, this time the Channel Mixing need to be "Left and right channels as original".  Note:  The Export is the blue arrow:
